The Priscilla Rose Scholarship was established by Robert Foley of North Hero in 2012 in memory of his wife, a supporter of Island Arts for many years. It offers financial support and recognition to intermediate or advanced students in the arts and to working artists for instruction or participation in arts activities that will enhance skills, knowledge, and creativity. Applicants are preferably year-round residents of Grand Isle County. Funds will be paid directly to the program/instructor. One $1000 award will be given annually. Applications are accepted year-round and announced in early summer. Please answer the following questions and use one additional sheet of paper if necessary.
