North Hero\, VT \nInstructor: Kim Muncil \nCost: FREE; donations appreciated to benefit Island Arts \nThis style of yoga includes poses\, movement\, breath work\, and meditation. Each class is very unique and a full experience. The practice works to move energy in the body and bring about self-awareness. No yoga experience necessary. \nThe classes will be taught by Kim Muncil\, a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor from Delmar\, NY who has taught yoga for several years.
