DESCRIPTION:Time: Wednesday mornings 9-10:30\nDate/Location:\nCamp Ingalls:  July 3\, 17\, 24\, 31\, Aug 21\, 28\, Sept 4\nIsland Arts Barn: July 10\, Aug 7\, 14\nCost:  By donation \nJoin Kim Muncil for one or all ten of the Kundalini yoga classes exploring the Yamas and Niyamas. These ten gems of yoga wisdom are beacons to help us integrate the wisdom of yoga off the mat and into our lives in big and little ways. The classes will include a dharma talk\, yoga set\, meditation\, and a gong relaxation.  No experience is necessary.  All are welcome.  Please bring your own yoga mat.  However\, a few will be available for use. \n(In partnership with North Hero Parks and Recreation and Island Arts) \nKim Muncil\nKim is a native of Vermont and returns each summer to North Hero with her husband Bob. She is a 500 hr certified Kundalini Yoga and meditation teacher and a certified Yin Yoga teacher. Her mission is to share the tools of yoga wherever she goes because the practice of yoga (particularly Kundalini Yoga) has had such a positive influence on her life. Prior to retirement Kim taught elementary school for 34 years.

DESCRIPTION:Handcrafted Greeting Card WorkshopDate & Time: Wednesday August 21\, 10:30 am – 12:00 pm\nLocation: 275 South Street\, South Hero\, Vermont 05486\nTickets: $10 \nEnjoy Card Workshops taught by Pat Brennan. An Islander since 1969\, Pat has been giving card classes for five years. She will teach you basic card-making. At your first class\, in addition to the class fee\, you will be required to buy a tool kit ($7) that includes a dispenser with double-sided tape\, glue dots\, sponge daubers\, and a little bling. \nPlease bring scissors if you have them. \nAt each class\, you will receive two kits. Each kit will create a beautiful one-of-kind card with envelope\, a card likely to cost $5 or $6 in a store—if you could find one as nice!
