The gong has been used as a powerful tool in helping to still the mind and relax the body for thousands of years. There will be gentle movement and breathing exercises in preparation for the relaxation. \nPlease bring your own yoga mat or blanket. \nThe class will be taught by Kim Muncil\, a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor. She has taught yoga and provided Gong Baths for several years.
