These ten gems of yoga wisdom are beacons to help us integrate the wisdom of yoga off the mat and into our lives in big and little ways. The classes will include a dharma talk\, yoga set\, meditation\, and a gong relaxation.  No experience is necessary.  All are welcome.  Please bring your own yoga mat.  However\, a few will be available for use. \n(In partnership with North Hero Parks and Recreation and Island Arts) \nKim Muncil\nKim is a native of Vermont and returns each summer to North Hero with her husband Bob. She is a 500 hr certified Kundalini Yoga and meditation teacher and a certified Yin Yoga teacher. Her mission is to share the tools of yoga wherever she goes because the practice of yoga (particularly Kundalini Yoga) has had such a positive influence on her life. Prior to retirement Kim taught elementary school for 34 years.
