DESCRIPTION:Date/Time: Tuesday/Thursday August 6th\, 8th 6-7:15 pm\nLocation: Island Arts Center 1127 US Rte. 2 North Hero\, VT\nCost: $40 for both classes or $20 for one class only \nJoin Kim and Bob this year in exploring ways to create durable happiness in your life.  \nIn the first session Bob will share the Japanese concept of IKIGAI\, a term that means “That which gives your life worth\, meaning\, or purpose.”  He will share the four simple and practical steps to clarifying your own IKIGAI; and also how it guided him in finding his life’s purpose in retirement. \nIn session two\, Kim and Bob will share practical and simple tools that can be integrated into daily life as one navigates moments/times of stress and challenge. The tools address positive mindset\, moving emotional energy\, calming the nervous system\, and centering yourself. The tools are simple and take only minutes to utilize. She is a 500 hr certified Kundalini Yoga and meditation teacher and a certified Yin Yoga teacher. Her mission is to share the tools of yoga wherever she goes because the practice of yoga (particularly Kundalini Yoga) has had such a positive influence on her life.
