The gong has been used as a powerful tool in helping to still the mind and relax the body for thousands of years. Participating in a gong bath consists of lying on a yoga mat or blanket and simply letting the sound waves of the gong wash over you. Gong baths are known to reduce stress and aid in the flow of emotions. There will be gentle movement and breathing exercises in preparation for the relaxation. \nPlease bring your own yoga mat or blanket. \nThe class will be taught by Kim Muncil\, a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor.
