SUMMARY:Yin Yoga for All
DESCRIPTION:Day/Time: Monday 9:00 – 10:00 AM\nDate/Location: June 23\, 30\, July 14\, 21\, 28\, Aug 4\, 25 no class July 7\nCamp Ingalls 1769 South End Rd\, North Hero\, VT\nCost:  $10 suggested donation at the door (cash\, check\, venmo) \n(In partnership with North Hero Parks and Recreation and Island Arts) \nFor Beginner\, Aging\, Active\, and Athletic  \nYin Yoga is a contemplative practice that targets the connective tissues of the body such as tendons\, ligaments\, and the deep fascia network. This practice consists of going into a pose\, finding stillness\, and then connecting to the breath while holding the pose for 3-4 minutes. Most poses are seated poses similar to stretching poses. This is a great practice for people with an active mind as well as an active body. If you are new to yoga this is a wonderful place to start. \nA limited number of mats will be available for use. \nBob Muncil \nBob loves fishing and playing pickleball in North Hero in the summertime.  He is a certified Yin Yoga and meditation teacher and has experienced the benefits they offer to his aging and athletic body; and for quieting his busy mind. Bob is also an Interventionist and Recovery Coach and has been sober for 31 years. He has made it his mission in retirement to share the benefits of yoga\, meditation\, and sobriety wherever he goes. Prior to retirement Bob worked for 35 years in the business world.

Bob is also an Interventionist and Recovery Coach and has been sober for 31 years. He has made it his mission in retirement to share the benefits of yoga\, meditation\, and sobriety wherever he goes. Prior to retirement Bob worked for 35 years in the business world. \nRegister Now
