DESCRIPTION:Yoga Solstice Celebration\nNorth Hero House Pier \n(Community Hall if it is rainy or cold)\nSunday June 21\n9:30 am – 10:45 am\nBy donation for Island Arts \nCelebrate the light of the season and the beginning of summer at our Summer Solstice Celebration! Join Kim and Bob Muncil and special guest\, Laleh Nader\, at the North Hero House pier where we will be surrounded by the breathtaking view of Lake Champlain.  \nThe event will include gentle yoga movements and breath to awaken the body\, uplift the spirit\, and align with the radiant energy of the sun. Vocalist\, Laleh Nader\, will carry us deeper into presence with performances\, soulful chanting\, and sing-a-longs that will invite connection and joy for this special time. \nNo experience is necessary. Participants should dress in comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat. (Some mats will be available for use and there will also be some chairs available).  \nThis event is by donation at the door; cash\, check\, or venmo.   \nAll proceeds will support Island Arts programming. \nAll are welcome. 🌞 \nBACK TO ALL EVENTS
