DESCRIPTION:Gong Sound ImmersionDate/Time: September 17\, 2026 6:30 pm – Approximately 1 hour.\nLocation: Island Arts Center\, 1127 US Rte 2\, North Hero.\nCost: $10.00 \nJoin Kim and Bob Muncil for one last offering this season as we say goodbye to summer. This offering is not a yoga class.  It is a relaxation experience with the intention of letting go. Participants will be guided with gentle movement and breath to begin.  Then they will lie down on their yoga mat and relax to the vibrations of the gong. The experience will end with two chants to live music. You can bring a blanket and pillow for your comfort; there will be some available to use.
