New students are always welcome.Tai Chi is\, literally\, the connecting of individual energy to the universe energy through a series of movements. Moving simply and letting go of our own blocks allows Chi\, or energy\, to flow. \nQiGong is a method of movement from which Tai Chi and a plethora of other movements have evolved. \nClasses held outside weather permitting; otherwise\, class will move inside the barn. \nClasses are also held every Monday\, Wednesday\, and Friday at 9:00 am\, and every Tuesday\, and Thursday at 4:00 pm at the South Congregational Church 24 South St. in South Hero\, VT. \nBACK TO ALL CLASSES
