Film Camp LCATV: Lights, Camera, Action!

July 6 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join LCATV instructors in the Island Arts Center barn for a week of film-making activities.  The camp meets Monday through Friday mornings in the Island Arts Center barn from 9 AM to noon. Learn basic camera techniques on our HD cameras, and how to edit your projects on Adobe Premiere Pro editing software.

Join Kim Muncil for one or all ten Kundalini yoga classes. She will offer a few different themes this year.
Her first two classes of the season will focus on the Heart Chakra. Weeks 3-6 will focus on developing a
strong mind and nervous system. The final 4 weeks will focus on breath technology. Each class will
include breathwork, a yoga set, gong relaxation, and a meditation or chant. No experience is necessary. A
limited number of mats will be available for use.

(In partnership with North Hero Parks and Recreation and Island Arts)

Kim is a native of Vermont and returns each summer to North Hero with her husband Bob. She is a 500 hr certified Kundalini Yoga and meditation teacher and a certified Yin Yoga teacher. Her mission is to share the tools of yoga wherever she goes because the practice of yoga (particularly Kundalini Yoga) has had such a positive influence on her life. Prior to retirement Kim taught elementary school for 34 years.
