Summer Solstice is one of the great turning points of the year, when the sun is at its peak, and the days abound with promise. Join Kim and Bob Muncil (and other special guests) to celebrate this year’s summer solstice. This celebration will be an experiential event that includes live music, singing, and sun salutations. It will conclude with a relaxing gong sound immersion where participants lie on a yoga mat and let the sounds of the gong wash over them. This is a perfect opportunity to celebrate with our wonderful community welcoming summer to the Islands! And with any luck there will be a beautiful sunset to take in at our conclusion.
Participants should dress in comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat. (Some mats will be available for use).
